Use the public feedback channel to report a calculation problem, unclear assumption, broken link or content correction.
Please do not post confidential supplier, customer, payment or personal information.

Report a calculator issue
Open a new issue and include the page name, the inputs you entered, the result you received and the result you expected. If the issue involves customs, tax or an Incoterm assumption, explain the destination market and the rule you believe applies.
Suggest a content correction
Corrections are useful when a formula explanation is unclear, an example no longer matches the calculator, an internal link is broken, or a statement needs a more precise limitation.
What not to send publicly
- Passwords or API keys.
- Payment-card or banking information.
- Confidential supplier quotations.
- Customer personal data.
- Private contracts or documents that should not be public.
Commercial inquiries
The current site is focused on free browser-based tools and educational content. If a dedicated business contact channel is published in the future, this page will be updated.
Before reporting a calculation
Review the Calculation Methodology and the assumptions shown on the individual tool page. Many differences come from customs valuation, tax treatment, Incoterm scope or whether a cost has already been included in another field.
